A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, its lovely to have you here. I'm Monica, I am an accredited Naturopathic Herbalist with ATMS and Certified Iridologist with IIPA.
I live in the Sutherland Shire with my husband and my two little miracle boys. Health, wellness and a lowtox living is not just my passion or job it's my life.
As a mum of two, I believe children's health and educating parents on how to incorporate whole foods as medicine in their daily lives and how to make it fun. I love working with all my clients, men, women and children.
My special interests are women's and children's health, stress and anxiety support, thyroid and gut health and of course Iridology.
My approach in clinic is simple... I don't like to complicate things. I think life is complicated enough already! I work with evidenced based Herbal medicine, Nutrition and liquid herbs tailoring each bottle specifically for you and your unique health needs.

In our first appointment we will discuss in depth, your health concerns, health history and your health goals so a tailored treatment plan can be created for your individual needs.
In this Initial consultation a number of non-Invasive diagnostic tools are used Iridology, Tongue and nail analysis to identify past and present stressors. We will discuss lifestyle, diet, medications and supplements so we can completely review all body systems.
Monica will then spend time to create a unique herbal blend and any other supplements necessary to help you reach your health goals. You will receive and email with your treatment plan.
ON LINE AND FACE TO FACE IRIDOLOGY
Monica is an IIPA certified Iridologist, studying under and mentored by three well revered teachers of their times.
In a Virtual iridology appointment, no matter if you are near or far, you'll not miss out on this incredible experience of learning your health potentials and nurture points through your eyes!All you will need is a stable internet connection and a comfortable place to sit in your home. If you are in the Sutherland shire photos will be taken for you by Monica. For a virtual experience at a distance clear image of both Left and Right eyes will be required by email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

FLOWER ESSENCES - In the early 1930's Dr Edward Bach realized that the emotional and mental factors were partly responsible for the predisposed physical aliments in which they suffered. These vibrational plant essences help to address the behavioral and emotional issues that may be blocking or affecting the overall state of wellbeing.

ACUTE CONSULTATION
You may not be in a position to or need to commit to long term treatment, sometimes you just need help now, right?
In an acute phone consultation, we delve straight into the presenting symptoms at hand. Cold and Flu's, skin flares, temporary stress and anxiety relief, sports injury treatment etc.

Treatment plans are tailored to specially to your unique symptoms, Monica's passion and specialty is liquid herbs, though if the delightful taste of herbs isn't for you than let's work together to find alternative options.
CHILDREN'S CONSULTATIONS
Our children are the next generation, so what better time than a young age to break any family inherited health concerns and trauma so they can live a happy and healthy life.
In a children's Initial consultation, I'll work alongside the parents who know their little humans better than anyone else. Using the same non-Invasive diagnostic tools as we do with an adult, such as Iridology, Tongue and nail analysis. Together we will discuss lifestyle, diet, and supplements so we can completely understand how to improve our little peoples live's for the better.
Monica will then spend time to create a unique herbal blend and you will receive and email with your treatment plan.
